Sailing

Afternoons often bring warm, gentle Southwest breezes, great for exploring the lake by sailboat.  Our Sunfish sailboats, fit for 1 or 2 sailors, are sailing at its simplest – great for zipping around or honing the skills of a novice sailor.

For the more experienced, try one of our daysailers.  The fiberglass American 18’s – Jean and Grace – are light and fast centerboard boats, comfortable for 4 people.  The Herreschoff Buzzards Bay 16 is a classic wooden daysailer with a keel, luxuriously finished and comfortable for 6.
